My wish for the community is to enhance our connections. I feel this bond with the many folks with whom I have moved.. even if I know very little of their story I have a bond... a body bond of connection. I have seen them. I am connected. I cherish the connection. I wish this experience for all of us and to find more ways it can happen. In my session yesterday as I moved alone in my living room and imagined all the movers, I felt this bond as the red thread from deep in my belly.
