Maria Winsborough here. 

I am a life improvisation dancer and teacher. I am a CMA from Laban Institute New York.

My class sessions start with authentic movement leading to basic movement concepts and returns to free movement.

Recently I did an audacious project mingling read life poetry, live improvisation music, and mostly improvisation dance/theater. The reviews were outstanding!

I direct the Stardust Dance Company (very humble actually) and my dancers had basic structure. But basically is improvisation movement for that performance.

The video is coming out BEAuTIFUL!!!!!  it is over an one hour long.
